摘　　要：针对风能市场对技术人才的需求,明确了风能与动力技术专业人才培养模式;介绍了目前专业实训室建设的基础,围绕办学特色,提出专业基地建设思路和发展进程,构建实训课程体系并创建校外实训基地,探讨了实训课程教学和改革的方法。In terms of the market demand for technical personnel of the wind energy,the paper makes clear the training mode for wind power technology professionals,introduces the foundation of the present construction of the training rooms,proposes the base-building ideas and describes the development process on the basis of the school characteristics,constructs training course system and creates practical training base outside college,and probes into the methods of the training course teaching and its reform.
