摘　　要：目的 :观察甲钴胺 (mecobalamin)对青光眼性视野损害的疗效。方法 :符合入选标准者共 2 9例4 8只眼 ,男性 16例 2 7只眼 ,女性 13例 2 1只眼 ;其中原发性开角型青光眼 2 5只眼 ,闭角型青光眼 19只眼 ,正常眼压性青光眼 4只眼。使用甲钴胺注射液 ,每次 50 0 μg ,im ,每周 3次× 3wk ,以后改甲钴胺糖衣片 ,50 0 μg ,po ,tid× 10 0d。结果 :4 8只眼的平均视敏度值 (MS)用药前后均无明显改变 ,差异无显著意义 ,P >0 .0 5;其中原发性开角型青光眼 16例 2 5只眼MS由用药前的 14dB±s 7dB增加到 15dB± 7dB ,平均视敏度缺损值由用药前 14dB± 7dB下降为 13dB± 7dB ,差异均有显著意义 ,均P <0 .0 5。结论AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of mecobalamin in the treatment of glaucoma visual field damage. METHODS: Of all the 29 patients 16 were male, 13 were female; 25 eyes were openangle glaucoma, while 19 eyes were angleclosure glaucoma, 4 eyes were normal tension glaucoma. Twentynine patients 48 eyes which fell into the criteria had been given 500 μg melcobalamin im, three times a week for 3 wk, then 500 μg, po, tid for 100 d. RESULTS: The MS of 48 eyes didn't have significant difference before and after treatment, P>0.05. In which, the means of sensitivity of 16 patients 25 eyes primary openangle glaucoma increased from 14 dB±7 dB to 15 dB±7 dB after treatment; the mean of defect reduced from 14 dB±7 dB to 13 dB±7 dB after treatment; the differences were significant, P< 0.05. CONCLUSION: Mecobalamin has a steady effect on glaucoma visual field damage.
