摘　　要：目标:探讨中医消法联合高强度超声聚焦(HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤的干预效果。方法:将132例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为2组,治疗组(66例)予HIFU联合口服中药协定方"肌瘤内消方",对照组(66例)采用HIFU联合口服安慰剂治疗。观察治疗后3个月患者的临床症状及肌瘤直径变化情况。结果:治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别为95.45%与82.1%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:HIFU联合活血化瘀中药治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Chinese medicine dispelling therapy combined with high-intensity focused ultrasound on treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods：A total of 132 cases of uterine fibroids were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group （66 cases） was treated with HIFU and ＂Jiliu Neixioo Decoction＂, while the control group （66 cases） was treated with HIFU combined oral placebo. To observe the change of clinical symptoms and diameter of myoma after 3 months. Results： The total efficacy of the treatment group and control group were 95.45 % and 82.1% respectively, the treatment group was significantly higher than contrd group. （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： HIFU combined with Chinese medicine dispelling therapy is of obvious curative effect in treating uterine fibroids, and worthy of promotion.
