摘 要:目的:评价不同组织器官的挥发性成分的累积分布。方法:利用顶空固相微萃取(HS-HPME)结合气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对凹叶厚朴不同组织器官(叶芽、根皮、茎皮、枝皮、叶、果皮和种子)的挥发性成分进行分析。结果:这些组织的挥发性成分主要是α-芳樟醇0.21%~4.92%、α-石竹烯7.48%~38.71%、β-石竹烯1.53%~14.43%、4(14),11-桉叶二烯0.15%~10.02%、β-花柏烯0.56%~10.68%、石竹烯氧化物1.68%~36.01%、α-桉叶醇1.56%~33.79%和β-桉叶醇0.19%~28.89%,精油产率为0.12%~0.96%。结论:植株的叶芽、根皮、茎皮、枝皮、叶、果皮和种子挥发精油的产率、挥发性成分以及这些成分的累积含量差异显著。Objective: To evaluate accumulation of the volatiles of the different tissues in Magnolia officinalis. Method: The volatiles of leaf buds, root skins, barks, twig skins, leaves, pericarps and seeds of M. officinalis were analyzed using headspace solid phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) following by capillary gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Result: The volatiles were α-linalool 0.21% -4.92% ,α- caryophyllene 7.48%-38.71% , fl-caryophyllene 1.53%-14.43% , eudesma-4 ( 14 ) , ll-diene 0.15%- 10.02% , β-chamigrene 0.56% -10.68% , caryophyllene oxide 1.68% -36.01% , α-eudesmol 1.56% -33.79% and β-eudesmol 0. 19%-28.89%. The yields of essential oils in the different tissues were 0.12%-0. 96%. Conclusion: The essential oil, the volatiles composition and their accumulation content of leaf buds, root skins, barks, twig skins, leaves, pericarps and seeds of M. officinalis were significantly different.
