摘  要:本文以工程地震中划分、研究的六盘山-祁连山地震带和银川-河套地震带为例,分析了应用现代弱震资料与历史强震资料分时段年发生率联合方法求解某一地震带b值的必要性和可行性。通过联合现代弱震资料及历史中强以上地震资料,利用分时段不同震级档地震的年发生率进行拟合,给出六盘山-祁连山地震带b值为0.61±0.121,银川-河套地震带b值为0.68±0.075。所给出的结果对分析这两个地震带上工程地震安全性评价结果有重要意义,同时也对其它地震带工程地震安全性评价中b值的计算分析有一定参考价值。Taking Liupanshan-Qilianshan and Yinchuan-Hetao seismic zones divided and researched in earthquake engineering as examples. We analyze necessity and feasibility of estimating value b for a seismic zone by a joint ap- proach of modem weak shocks and annual incidence of sub-periods big earthquake in history. Jointing modern weak shocks and big earthquake in history and fitting annual incidence of earthquake in different periods and at different earthquake magnitudes, the estimated b values for Liupanshan-Qilianshan seismic zone and Yinchuan-Hetao seismic zone are 0.61 ±0. 121 and 0.68 ±0. 075 respectively The results are important for analyzing safety evaluation of the two seismic zones in earthquake engineering. At the same time, the results have some reference value for calculat- ing and analyzing value b in safety evaluation of other seismic zones in earthquake engineering.
