摘　　要：患者男，73岁阴囊处出现一米粒大肤色丘疹，渐增大10年，无明显自觉症状。组织病理检查：真皮内可见多个扩大的囊腔,囊壁由单层和双层扁平或柱状细胞组成．内层细胞可见断头分泌，外层为扁平或立方形肌上皮细胞。诊断为阴囊大汗腺囊瘤。A 73-year-ohl man developed a skin-colorde granule-sized papule on the scrotum 10 years prior to the presentation, which had increase〈t in size and number without obvious symptoms. Histopathological examination showed muhiple enlarged intradermal cysts. The cyst wall consisted of one or two layers of fiat or columnar cells. Decapitation secretion was seen in the inner layer ceils, and the out layer of cysts was formed by flat or cubic myoepithelial cells. A diagnosis of apocrine hidrocystoma of the scrotum is made.
