正畸可控的笑容特征指标对微笑美的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨各项正畸可控的笑容特征指标与微笑美的相关性。方法选取男女微笑时面下1/3照片各1张,利用Photoshop依据各指标(切牙暴露量、露龈量、笑弧、颊廊、上颌平面倾斜度及上切牙下唇间距)分别进行变动,选择200名大学生对其进行评价。数据输入Spss 19.0统计软件包,将每项指标对应各图得分与该指标的变化进行等级资料Spearman相关分析。结果男女笑容图的得分均与切牙暴露量、笑弧一致性成正相关(P<0.05),与露龈量、颊廊面积、上颌平面倾斜度、上切牙下唇间距成负相关(P<0.05)。结论唇齿龈的相对位置对笑容的美观有显著影响,正畸过程中应注意调控。Objective To investigate correlation of smile esthetics and smile characteristic indexes which could be controlled in or- thodontics in order to instruct orthodontists to put charming smiles on patients. Methods The 200 subjects included in the study were all college students. Both two frontally posed smile photographs of a man and a woman were changed by adjusting several smile charac- teristic indexes, including the amount of incisor exposure, amount of gingival display, smile arc, buccal corridor fill, horizontal incli- nation of maxillary occlusal plate and the distance from lower lip to maxillary incisor. All the subjects were asked to evaluate each im- age according to their own aesthetic standards. Spearman＇s correlation analysis was used to analyse the scores and the relevant indexes. Results The scores had a positive correlation with the amount of incisor exposure and the smile arc （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but had a negative correlation with the amount of gingival display, the buccal corridor fill, the horizontal inclination of maxillary occlusal plate and the dis- tance from lower lip to maxillary incisor（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The relative positions of lips, teeth and gingiva have a significant influence on smile esthetics. Orthodontists should create consonant and charming smiles with proper bracket positioning.
