摘　　要：《庄子》是道家经典著作之一。西晋郭象所撰《庄子注》是流传至今的《庄子》古注。梳理历代对郭注的校勘、版本、注释、辨伪等方面的研究状况,将推动郭象《庄子注》文献学研究上的发展,以此为基础,也有助于在哲学、文学等方向的探讨。Chuang - tzu is one of the classics of Taoism. Guoxiang＇s Annotation of Chuang - tzu written in the Western Jin Dynasty is the only one of those annotations we can find from his age. Carding the emendations, editions, annotations, discriminations and other researches of Guo＇ Annotations during the past dynasties will promote development of philological research, on the basis of which it will contribute to the discussion about philosophy and literature.
