摘 要:建立保健食品中吡啶甲酸铬成分的检测方法。高效液相色谱法,三元流动相体系-梯度洗脱,C18反向色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),柱温25℃,检测波长为254 nm,流速为0.5 mL/min,进样量为10μL。吡啶甲酸铬在0~92.88μg/mL之间具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.999 7,2个浓度平均加标回收率分别为92.90%、96.19%。本方法对保健食品中吡啶甲酸铬具有较好的分离效果和精密度,梯度洗脱缩短了样品检验时间,适用于保健食品中吡啶甲酸铬的定量检测。To develop a method for determining the content of chromium picolinate in sanitarian food. The HPLC was carried out with C18-BP (5 um, 4.6 mm×250 mm) column set at 25 ℃. The mobile phase was phosphoric acid, methanol and acetonitrile with flow rate of 0.5 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm, and the sample size was 10 uL. The linearity of the method ranged from 0 to 92.88 ug/mL and R--0.999 7. The average recovery rate was 92.90 % and 96.19 % for 2 kinds of concentration. High-performance chromatogrphic method is steady and reliable for detecting the concentration of chromium picolinate and it is applicable for analyzing chromium picolinate in sanitarian food.
