摘　　要：对比分析企业资源计划系统ERP和企业资产维护管理系统EAM各自的目标、管理要素和建设内容，讨论ERP和EAM的相互关系。从分析可以看出ERP和EAM在企业管理中发挥着不同的作用，二者相互弥补不可取代。Give a comparison and analysis to the objectives of the enterprise system （ERP） and the enterprise asset management system （EAM） and make the resource planning discussion on the interrelations between ERP and EAM. The analysis indicates that ERP and EAM play different roles in the enterprise management, making up each other and not substituting one for another.
