关公文化对创新社会管理的启示——以香港社会的关公崇拜为例

摘　　要：香港社会的关公崇拜不仅反映了华人生活的民俗事象和文化遗存,而且显示出民俗文化资源的现代化效应,在香港社会从传统向现代的转型中起到了催化、调适和稳定的作用。目前,我国正处于战略机遇期、矛盾凸显期和社会转型期,加强和创新社会管理成为一项重大课题。从香港市民、商户和警察的关公崇拜中我们可以发现和汲取一些与东方文化和儒家文明相适应的创新社会管理的理念和方法。Guan Gong adoration of the Hong Kong society not only reflects the folklores and cultural relics of Chinese life,but also showing the effect of folk cultural resources of the modern.From the traditional to the modern transformation of the Hong Kong community,it has played a catalytic,adaptive and stable role.At present,China is in a period of strategic opportunities,prominent contradictions and social transition,in order to strengthen and innovate the public administration has become a major issue.From Guan Gong adoration among the Hong Kong people,businesses and police,we can discover and learn some compatible innovative social management concepts and methods of Eastern culture and the Confucian civilization.
