2003-2010年某医院恶性肿瘤住院病例分析

摘　　要：目的分析恶性肿瘤住院患者的年龄、性别及种类构成特点,为恶性肿瘤防治工作提供依据。方法提取某医院病案数据库中2003-2010年恶性肿瘤住院患者的资料,运用Excel进行统计处理。结果某医院2003-2010年恶性肿瘤患者住院病例数为4 340例,病例数逐年增加,其中2003年最低为213例,2010年最高为862例。前10位恶性肿瘤占恶性肿瘤总数的77.63%,分别是支气管肺恶性肿瘤、肝胆恶性肿瘤、大肠恶性肿瘤、胃恶性肿瘤、女性生殖器官恶性肿瘤、乳房恶性肿瘤、白血病、甲状腺恶性肿瘤、食管恶性肿瘤肿瘤、鼻咽恶性肿瘤;肿瘤患者存在着年龄和性别差异,男性病例多于女性,男女比例1.19∶1。结论某医院2003-2010年恶性肿瘤住院病例呈现逐年增加趋势,前10位恶性肿瘤中以消化道肿瘤为多。Objective To provide evidence for the prevention and control of malignant tumor by analyzing the age,sex and sort structure characteristics of the hospitalized patients with malignant tumor.Methods Documents of hospitalized patients with malignant tumor in 2003-2010 in the hospital medical record database were collected and conducted statistical processing by the use of Excel.Results Totally 4 340 patients with malignant tumor were hospitalized in this hospital from 2003 to 2010,and the number of patients increased year by year,least in 2003（213）,and most in 2010（862）.The top ten malignant tumor accounted for 77.63% of the total number of malignant tumor,were bronchial lung malignant tumor,liver and gallbladder malignant tumor,colorectal malignant tumor,stomach malignant tumor,the female reproductive organs malignant tumor,breast malignant tumor,leukemia,thyroid carcinoma,esophageal malignancy tumor,nasopharyngeal cancer.The age and gender differences existed in patients with malignant tumor,and male patients were more than females,with the male to female ratio 1.19∶1.Conclusion The number of hospitalized patients with malignant tumor in this hospital showed an increasing trend year by year from 2003 to 2010,most of the patients with top 10 malignant tumors were with digestive tract tumors.
