摘　　要：工艺数据结构化与集成应用是航天器总装研制生产信息化的一个重要发展方向。文章阐述了总装工艺数据结构化与集成应用的必要性、内涵、基本原则和亟待解决的问题,提出了航天器总装工艺数据集成的总体方案。针对所提出的总体方案,开展了工艺数据单(Process Data Bill,PDB)数据库系统的开发以及与其他应用系统的集成应用,为后续工艺数据结构化及进一步集成应用奠定了重要基础。The structure and the integrated application of assembly process data are issues of an important development direction of the information-oriented spacecraft assembly.The necessity,connotation,basic principles and challenges of such applications are discussed in this paper.The general scheme of the spacecraft assembly process data integration is put forward,and the implementation of the process data structure is expatiated.The development of the process data bill（PDB） prototype system provides a foundation for further structured and integrated applications of the process data.
