摘　　要：目的:了解外周血癌胚抗原mRNA(CEA mRNA)和细胞角蛋白19 mRNA(CK19 mRNA)表达与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者预后的关系。方法:以97例NSCLC患者为对象,检测CEA mRNA和CK19 mRNA应用逆转录-套式-聚合酶链反应技术,比较指标阳性者与阴性者36个月生存情况。结果:指标阴性组尤其是24个月生存例数显著多于阳性组(P<0.01-0.05)。结论:检测血液CEAmRNA和CK19 mRNA有助于客观评估NSCLC预后。Objective： The aim was to explore the relation between the expression of mRNA （ carcino- embryonic antigen mRNA： CEA mRNA and cytokeratin 19 mRNA： CK19 mRNA ） in peripheral blood from the patients with non-small cell lung cancer （ NSCLC ） and the prognosis of the patients. Method： The pe- ripheral blood samples were from 97 cases of NSCLC. CEA mRNA and CK19 mRNA in the blood were de- tected by reverse transcriptase-nested primers-polymerase chain reaction. The life cycle of 36 months were compared between the positive index of the mRNA and the negative in the blood of the patients. Result： The survival cases of NSCLC patients in the negative mRNA group especially into 24 months were much more than the positive mRNA group （ P〈0.01 -P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： The detection of CEA mRNA and CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood are useful index in the objective estimate of the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
