摘　　要：分析拔尖创新人才创新能力培养的现实意义,探索土木工程行业拔尖人才培养的路径:以科技竞赛为载体,以产学研合作教育为结合点,开放实验室平台,推行科研训练计划,完善评价体系,健全创新激励机制,培养适应社会需求的卓越人才。Based on analyzing the practical significance of training innovation ability for top-notch talent on civil engineering, the training method for top-notch talent on civil engineering is explored, namely, taking science and technology competition as the carrier, taking cooperative education as the integration point, opening lab platform, implementing the research training scheme, improving the evaluation system, improving the innovation incentive mechanism, training outstanding talents suitable for the development of the society.
