摘 要:目的探讨儿科输液室护士工作压力与心理健康的关系。方法选取2010年1月至2011年12月在儿科输液室工作半年以上的护士共120人,采用问卷法进行调查。结果工作环境和资源导致压力的分值最高,达(3.27±0.47)分;人际关系导致压力的分值最低,为(1.80±0.68)分;研究组患者的SCL-90分值均明显高于国内常模;儿科输液室护士的大部分工作压力与SCL-90各因子均呈正相关。结论减轻儿科输液室护士的压力应从多方面进行着手解决,从而使护士保持身心健康。Objective To learn the relationship between working pressure and mental health for nurse of transfusion room in pediatric department. Methods 120 nurses of transfusion room whose working years above half a year were investigated by questionnaire from January 2010 to December 2011. Results The maximal score of working pressnre was working environment and resource ( 3.27±0.47 ), while the minimum was interpersonal relationship (1.80±0.68). The score of SCL-90 of the research group was higher than domestic model. More working pressures of transfusion room in pediatric department were positive correlated with SCL-90. Conclusions In order to keep nurse sound in body and mind, the working pressure should be desolved in many ways.
