摘  要:黄皮种子发育晚期 ,胚内核酸和蛋白质合成能力增强 ,而花生种子发育晚期则呈下降趋势。脱水处理使生理成熟期黄皮胚核酸和蛋白质合成能力急剧下降 ,核酸水解酶活性增强。生物大分子代谢能力的变化是黄皮种子脱水敏感性的分子基础。Synthetic rate of nucleic acids and proteins in embryos of recalcitrant wampee seeds were increased gra- dually in the late developmental stage(71-90 days after flowering).After physiological maturation,wampee seeds maintained active metabolism and transferred into germinating state.However,in the orthodox peanut seeds,synthetic rate of nucleic acids and proteins were decreased with the maturation of seeds(65-85 days after pegging).Peanut seeds maintained lower level of metabolism,and entered stationary state when maturation.During the processes of water loss in wampee embryos,the macromolecule synthesis rapidly decreased and the hydrolysis of nucleic acids obviously increased. It was suggested that desiccation sensitivity in recalcitrant wampee seeds was related to the metabolism of nucleic acids and proteins.
