摘 要:富士苹果果皮中的花青苷有两次积累期 ,其中 9月初至 10月初为迅速积累时期。果实着色的适宜光照强度范围为相对全光照的 4 0 %~ 85%。促进果实红色形成的照光最大效率期为果实采收前 4 5d内。红光 ( 640nm)处理果实可提高果皮细胞膜透性 ,并刺激果实内乙烯生成。花青苷生物代谢最终产物的生成需要白色光照射 ,整个生长期单一红光或紫光处理抑制花青苷的形成。There were two guick accumulation periods in the accumulation of anthocyanin in the skin of‘Fuji’ apples, among which the quickest accumulation period was from the early Sept.to early Oct.The suitable range of light intensity for fruit coloration was relatively 40%-85% of full sun;and the most effective lightening period for the formation of red color was within 45 days before the harvest of fruits.The fruits treated with red light(640nm)increased the skin cell membrane permeability and stimulated the formation of ethylene in the fruits.As a result,the formation of the final product in the metabolizing process of anthocyanin needed the lightening of white light,the treatment with single red light and purple light restrained the formation of anthocyanin.
