摘  要:利用改进的桥梁亲本法 ,即以阿勃 5B缺体为桥梁亲本 ,分别与受体冬小麦推广品种 农大 95、京 4 11和京冬 8号 和中国春 ph1b突变体杂交 ,两个组合 F1 即 5BPh1和 5Bph1b单体 再杂交 ,后代选择5Bph1b单体与受体亲本 5BPh1单体杂交 ,仅 3个世代就获得了 3个冬小麦 ph1b中间育种系 ,在杂交转育过程中 ,我们用先前获得的 3个 SCAR标记对 5Bph1b单体进行标记辅助选择 ,其效率和可靠性均较高 ,方法简单 ,易于操作 .因此 ,利用这种杂交转育 ph1b基因的育种方法 ,结合 SCAR标记辅助选择目的基因 ,可以大大缩短小麦育种年限 。The nullisomic 5B of Abbodanza was used as bridge parent to cross with Chinese Spring ph1b mutant and three released elite winter wheat varieties, Nongda 95, Jing 411 and Jingdong 8, in order to develop some winter wheat ph1b breeding lines. Three ph1b winter wheat breeding lines were constructed after three crossing generations and one selfing generation. The monosomic 5B harboring ph1b gene was selected by using the three SCAR markers linked to ph1 gene, which were obtained in the previous study. This strategy that combined the bridge parent method with application of marker assisted selection was demonstrated to be time consuming, low cost and simple in the program of transferring desirable alien gene(s) into common wheat.
