摘　　要：薏苡仁为传统常用中药,主要抗肿瘤活性成分为薏苡仁甘油酯类,其制剂康莱特注射液(KLT)在治疗原发性肝癌、非小细胞肺癌等肿瘤疾病效果显著,KLT联合化疗治疗晚期胰腺癌可明显改善患者症状、延长疾病进展时间和生存率。The coix seed is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. The main antitumor components of coix seed are the semen coicis glycerides. Its commercial preparation, the Kanglaite injection, has significant effects on primary hepatic carcinoma and non-small cell lung cancer, especially when combined with chemotherapy. The combined treatment of Kanglaite and chemotherapy im- proved the symptoms, as well as extended the time to tumor progression and overall survival of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer.
