肿瘤型膝关节置换术后股骨穿孔伴短缩一例

摘　　要：随着膝部肿瘤患者的增加和假体置换后寿命的延长，肿瘤型膝关节假体远期并发症随之增加。假体松动、下沉并骨折处理起来比较困难。我们于2011年收治1例肿瘤型膝关节假体置换术后20年股骨干皮质穿孔伴同侧下肢严重短缩畸形的患者，现将治疗经过报道如下。With the increase of the patients with knee tumor and the life extension after prosthetic replacement, the long-term complications of tumor prosthesis of the knee joint increase. It is difficult to deal with the loosening of the prosthesis and prosthetic subsidence and fractures. In 2011, 1 patient who had the femoral perforation with severe shortening deformity of the ipsilateral lower limb after tumor prosthesis replacement of the knee joint 20 years ago was adopted by our hospital. Now the treatment procedure was reported as follows.
