摘　　要：我院收治髌骨软骨母细胞瘤合并骨囊肿患者1例。现结合其临床表现、影像学特点、病理改变诸因素进行初步探讨。The patella is the largest sesamoid bone in the human body, while the tumor incidence is very low in the patella. It is difficult to diagnose patellar tumors because of the complex and changeable imaging findings, and the treatment was often delayed due to misdiagnosis. This paper reported a case of chondroblastoma combined with bone cysts in the patella, and analyzed the diagnosis of several common patellar tumors.
