NF-κBp65在口腔扁平苔藓和口腔鳞癌中的表达和意义

摘　　要：目的:研究核转录因子Κappa B(NF-κB)在口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)和口腔鳞癌(oral squamous cellcarcinoma,OSCC)中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测16例正常口腔黏膜组织、20例OLP黏膜组织(分为11例糜烂型及9例非糜烂型)、30例OSCC组织中NF-κB p65的表达。结果:NF-κB p65在正常口腔黏膜、OLP、OSCC的表达率分别为:0%、55%、80%,三组之间差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OLP、OSCC之间差别没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。糜烂型OLP与OSCC之间差别没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:NF-κB p65的活化可能加重了OLP的炎性反应,促进其癌变可能、OSCC的发生。Objective： To study the expression and clinical pathological significance of NF-κB p65 in oral lichen planus（OLP） and oral squamous carcinoma（OSCC）.Methods： The expression of NF-κB p65 proteins was detected in 16 normal mucosa（NM） tissue samples,20 OLP samples and 30 OSCC samples by immunohistochemical staining technique.Results： The positive rates of NF-κB p65 in NM,OLP and OSCC were 0%,55% and 80% respectively,and a statistical significance was observed among them（P0.05）.There was no statistical significance between OLP and OSCC（P0.05）.There was no statistical singinficane between erosion type of OLP and OSCC（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of NF-κB p65 was closely related with the pathogenesis,and the development from inflammation of OLP to OSCC.NF-κB p65 might play roles in the formation of OSCC from OLP.
