摘　　要：目的了解云南省姚安县中小学生营养状况,为学生营养不良、肥胖等常见病的防治提供科学依据。方法 2000年和2011年随机抽取云南省姚安县中小学生11 725人,采用《中国学生7～22岁身高体重值》进行营养状况评价。结果 2011年中小学生营养不良检出率为16.67%,较2000年下降了20.29%;而肥胖检出率较2000年上升了1.13%。小学生营养不良与肥胖检出率随年级的增加而升高,女生营养不良率高于男生,男生肥胖率高于女生。结论营养不良与肥胖的防治仍然是该县当前学校卫生工作的重要内容。[Objective]To know the nutritional status of primary and middle school students in Yao'an county of Yunnan,provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of malnutrition and obesity.[Methods]11 725 primary and middle school students were randomly sampled from Yao'an county of Yunnan in 2000 and 2011.The nutritional status of students was evaluated according to the Standard values of height and weight of 7-22 year-old Chinese students.[Results]The detection rate of malnutrition in primary and middle school students in 2011 was 16.67%,which showed a 20.9% decrease compared to 2000,while the detection rate of obesity increased by 1.3% compared to 2000.The detection rates of malnutrition and obesity in primary school students increased with increasing grade.The detection rate of malnutrition in girls was higher than that in boys,and the detection rate of obesity in boys was higher than that in girls.[Conclusion]The prevention and control of malnutrition and obesity is still the keys of school health work in Yao'an county at present.
