乳腺癌改良根治术后经动脉置泵区域性化疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术后经内乳动脉置泵化疗的安全性。方法回顾性分析64例乳腺癌改良根治术患者的临床资料,其中区域性化疗32例(观察组),全身化疗32例(对照组)。比较两组患者化疗后不良反应及切口愈合情况。结果术后两周内两组患者血常规、肝肾功能、恶心呕吐、发热脱发等临床毒性反应等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而切口愈合等级,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌术后即时采用动脉置泵施行区域性化疗不仅可行,且其化疗副作用明显较静脉化疗低。Objective To investigate the safety effects of arterial infusion regional chemotherapy during the breast cancer operation. Methods 64 patients with the breast cancer operation were re- viewed retrospectively, we set the patients who had been regional chemotherapy into obversation group（ n = 32） ,the patients who had been tradition chemotherapy into control group（ n = 32） , toxic and side effects and surgical incision healing had been compared between the two groups. Results The difference of the clinical manifestations （ nausea, vomiting, alopecia ） , the result of laboratorial examinations （ Blood routine test,liver and renal function） between two groups were significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. and surgical incision healing between two groups were not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions We concluded that the regional chemotherapy during the breast cancer operation is safe, The drug toxicity between two groups showed statistical significance. Regional chemotherapy during the breast cancer operation is a good new chemotherapy＇choose.
