摘　　要：结合沪宁城际、哈大客运专线、京沪高铁等高等级快速铁路施工,把原材料、配合比、搅拌工艺、新拌砂浆的性能、灌注工艺、施工环境条件、养护环境条件、相关工序质量控制等8个方面与CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆的具体技术指标和揭板检查具体指标一一对应进行分析,使砂浆施工质量控制有据可循。在沪宁城际、哈大客运专线、京沪高铁CRTSⅠ型砂浆施工、咨询中总结出的相关经验保证了砂浆施工质量,并对相关病害的预防起到了指导作用,保证了线路的建造工期和建造质量,可供相关施工借鉴参考。Combining with the construction and consultation experience of the Shanghai-Nanjing intercity railway, Harbin-Dalian intereity railway, and Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway etc., this paper established one-to-one correspondence between the raw material, mixture ratio, stirring process, mortar performance, pouring technique, construction conditions, conservation conditions, related process quality control and the technical and checking specific indicators of the CRTS I cement emulsified asphalt mortar, which makes the influencing factors correspond with the data results and ensures the construction quality in detail from the beginning. The experience concluded from the above projects ensured the mortar construction quality of relevant lines and played a guiding role in disease prevention,which will guarantee the construction period and construction quality of a project and also provide a reference for other projects.
