摘  要:问卷调查结果显示高校教师知识共享存在三个方面的问题:约半数以上教师对目前知识共享现状表示不满意;一些教师具有矛盾的知识共享要求和意愿;学校的知识共享激励机制和平台不健全。影响高校教师知识共享的因素主要有知识特性、个体的动机、意愿和能力、组织结构与环境,以及评价与激励机制等。针对高校教师知识共享存在的问题和影响因素,应从文化、机制和操作三个层面挖掘渠道和资源,形成文化引领、机制创新、操作形式多样化的高校教师知识共享管理促进模式。Based on an investigation, this paper suggests that there are three main problems regarding knowledge sharing among the university teachers. First, Most of the teachers are not satisfied with the current situation of the knowledge sharing. Second, some of the teachers have a contradictory demand and desire for the knowledge sharing. Third, universities have not established a sound incentive mechanism and platform for knowledge sharing. The main factors impacting knowledge sharing among the teachers include knowledge characteristics, personal motivation, will and ability, organizational structure and environment, assessment and motivating mechanism, etc. The paper proposes innovative and operative modes guided by the culture for the improvement of the current situation of the knowledge sharing in universities from the perspective of culture, mechanism and operation.
