摘　　要：目的:探讨埃索美拉唑、左旋氧氟沙星、阿莫西林三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关性十二指肠溃疡(DU)疗效。方法:选择100例Hp阳性的患者随机分为治疗组(50例),施以埃索美拉唑+左旋氧氟沙星+阿莫西林治疗,对照组(50例)施以埃索美拉唑+甲硝唑+阿莫西林治疗。经过4周治疗后,分析DU患者的临床治疗状况。结果:经过4周对比治疗后,治疗组患者临床症状明显改善,HP的根除率与对照组相当,但症状的改善率方面,胃窦黏膜炎症分级则表现出明显的优势。结论:埃索美拉唑、左旋氧氟沙星、阿莫西林三联疗法,是治疗Hp相关性DU的一种有效替代方法。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of esomeprazolein combination with levofloxacin and amoxicillin in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori（Hp）-associated duodenal ulcer（DU）.Methods： 100 patients with Hp-associated DU were randomly classified into two groups.Patients in treatment group（50 cases） received esomeprazolein combination with levofloxacin and amoxicillin,whereas patients in control group（50 cases） had esomeprazolein combination with metronidazole and amoxicillin.After 4 weeks of treatment,clinical effects,Hp clearancerates,ulcer healing and antrialmucosal inflammation were analyzed in both groups.Result： Treatment group significantly improved clinical symptoms and antrialmucosal inflammation compared with that of control group.Conclusion： Esomeprazolein combination with levofloxacin and amoxicillin is effective to treat Hp-associated DU and promote ulcer healing.
