摘　　要：W600GJ钢是武钢首批试制的集装箱用耐候钢,NHG-1焊丝是武钢技术中心针对W600GJ钢开发研制的高韧性耐候焊丝。按照集装箱用钢的焊接技术条件,对8 mm规格的W600GJ钢板进行了气保焊纵向对接试验。结果表明:NHG-1焊丝与W600GJ钢匹配采用富氩气体保护焊工艺焊接,焊缝具有优良的强韧性,焊接接头综合性能满足钢种的焊接技术条件,所采用的焊接工艺能满足钢种的技术使用要求。W600GJ steel is used for weathering steel of container which is first batch trial production, and NHG-1 welding wire is a kind of high toughness weathering steel for W600GJ developed by WISCO technology center. According to welding technology condition of steel used for container, longitudinal butt gas shield welding test for 8mm W600GJ steel plate was conducted. The result showed that adopting abundant Ar gas shield welding to weld W600GJ steel matched with NHG-1 welding wire, the weld possesses perfect strength and toughness, the comprehensive properties can meet welding technical condition, and the welding process can meet operating requirements.
