摘　　要：本文以瓮福磷化工产业链核心企业瓮福集团为研究对象,运用层次分析法(AHP),从企业外部环境和企业内部条件两个方面,对影响资源型产业链核心企业知识管理能力的因素进行分析,并提出改进核心企业知识管理能力的建议。Taking Weng Fu Group （core enterprise） in Weng Fu Phosphorus Chemical Industry Chain as object of research, this paper applied Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the factors which influenced the ability of knowledge management of core enterprise in resourced- based industry chain from exterior environment and interior condition of core enterprise, and presented some suggestions which improved on the ability of knowledge management of core enterprise.
