摘　　要：以党建理论和中外主流教育教学思想为指导,分析了当前高校党校对大学生预备党员教育培训所面临的新情况、新问题,结合有代表性的高校党校预备党员培训工作的实践,提出了相应的工作思路和对策,从而进一步提高高校党校大学生预备党员培训机制的科学性和实效性。Under the direction of the Party Construction Theory and mainstream educational discip＇lines, this paper analyses the new situation, new problems in training Probationary Party Member in college and university students. In combination with the review and study of the training practice of Probationary Party members of some representative universities, this paper advances the approaches to the problems above to improve the scientificalness and efficiency of the training.
