不同剂型肝胃百合汤治疗胃溃疡患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肝胃百合汤超微颗粒及传统汤剂治疗胃溃疡肝胃气滞证患者的临床疗效。方法:将98例患者随机分成超微肝胃百合汤组(超微组)33例、传统肝胃百合汤组(传统组)31例、西药胃三联组(西药组)34例,分别采用超微肝胃百合汤、传统肝胃百合汤、奥美拉唑+甲硝唑+阿莫西林或克拉霉素治疗。观察患者疾病疗效、中医证候疗效、胃镜疗效、HP清除率等。结果:三组(超微组、传统组、西药组,下同)的疾病疗效分别为87.88%、90.32%、91.17%,三组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05);三组中医证候总积分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但超微组与传统组对改善大便不调、烦躁易怒、纳差食少和喜叹息症状疗效较西药组有明显差异(P<0.05);胃镜疗效分别为84.85%、87.10%、88.23%,三组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:肝胃百合汤超微颗粒及传统汤剂治疗肝胃气滞证胃溃疡均有显著疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrafine particles of the hepatogastric lily decoction and traditional decoction treating of gastric ulcer liver and stomach gas stagnation. Methods： 98 patients were randomly divided into 33 cases in the supermicro hepatogastric lily soup group （AMD group）, 31 cases in the traditional hepatogastric lily decoction group （conventional group）, 34 cases in modem medicine stomach the triple therapy group （modem medicine group）,they were respectively treated with the supermicro hepatogastric Lily decoction, the traditional hepatogastric lily decoction, and omeprazole ＋ metronidazole ＋ amoxicillin or clarithromycin. To observe the efficacy of patients with diseases, TCM Syndrome, gastroseopy efficacy of HP clearance rate. Results： The efficacy of the three groups was respectively 87.88%, 90.32% and 91.17%, there was no significant difference （P〉0.05） among the three groups; and there was no significant difference among the TCM syndrome of the three groups. The total score was no significant difference （P〉0.05）, advanced micro devices group and traditional group to improve the stool is not adjusted, irritability, anorexia eat less and sighing symptoms was more effective than modem medicine group ,there were significantly different （P〈0.05）; The gastroscopy efficacy was 84.85%, 87.10%, 88.23%, there was no significant difference among the three groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The ultrafine particles of the hepatogastric lily decoction and traditional the decoction have a signifcant effect on treatingliver and stomach qi stagnation stomach ulcers.
