摘　　要：脏躁病,传统认为"胞宫血虚",采用"甘麦大枣汤"治疗。而笔者另辟蹊径,认为其病机为肝郁少阳疏机不利,累及脾、肺、肾三脏,最终影响到心,导致心主神明的功能失职,发生病变。治疗以调和少阳、养心重镇安神为主,方选小柴胡汤加减,取效较佳。The traditional thought that dirty manic disease was Baogong Xuexv, treating dirty manic disease with Ganmai Dazao decoction. I looked for the other ways ,and thought the causes was Ganyu Shaoyang Shuji Buli, involving the spleen, lung, kidney and dirty, and ultimately affect the heart, leading to the heart of the main gods of the function of dereliction of duty lesions occur. The effect on treating dirty manic disease with the Xiao Chaihu decoction was good.
