牙间隙刷辅助刷牙对正畸牙菌斑控制的观察

摘　　要：目的:本研究通过指导正畸固定矫治器治疗的患者在刷牙时配合使用牙间隙刷,观察其控制菌斑的效果。方法:选择采用固定矫治的正畸患者60例,随机分为两组,实验组刷牙时配合使用牙间隙刷,对照组刷牙时未使用牙间隙刷。矫治1个月、6个月和1年后分别使用菌斑显示剂检测牙菌斑指数。结果:矫治期间实验组菌斑指数显著低于对照组,两组菌斑指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:接受固定矫治器治疗的患者刷牙时配合使用牙间隙刷能有效的控制菌斑,有利于正畸患者的口腔卫生维护,从而减少口腔疾病的发生。Objective ：To observe the effect of plaque control by guiding patients treated with fixed appliance to brush teeth with interdental brush. Method ：60 patients treated with fixed appliance were randomly selected and divided into two groups, the test group brushing teeth with toothbrush and interdental brush, the control group with toothbrush only.The plaque index of patients was checked after one month, six months and one year. Result ：The plaque index of the test group was lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Orthodontic toothbrush and interdental brush can effectively control dental plaque, thus decrease oral disease occurrence.
