摘　　要：利用STC89C51作为主控制器,完成录音、放音及分段录放音等多种功能。本文详细介绍了语音录放系统的硬件设计和制作过程及软件设计和调试过程,系统具有录放音简单和准确,功耗低,稳定性强,成本低等特点。Based on the MCU STC89C51, a new voice system is designed, it has many functions such as voice recording, playing, and specially the wanted voice segments for recording or playing also is achieved. This paper presents the whole design process including the hardware system, software system and its test detail. The experiments show that this system has many characteristics with less power losing, reliable working, lower production cost and simple using.
