摘  要:目的探讨红景天口服液对亚硝酸钠所致缺氧性损伤的作用。方法SPF级昆明种小鼠连续30d经口给予红景天口服液,末次给样1h后,分别给予致死剂量(200mg/kgBW)和中毒剂量(100mg/kg BW)的亚硝酸钠,测定血中高铁血红蛋白含量,并记录动物存活时间。结果给予致死剂量(200 mg/kg BW)亚硝酸钠后,红景天口服液各剂量组动物存活时间较对照组明显延长,差异具有统计学意义(F=5.611,P<0.05);给予中毒剂量(100 mg/kgBW)的亚硝酸钠后,红景天口服液各剂量组的高铁血红蛋白含量较对照组降低,差异具有统计学意义(F=10.850 P<0.05)。结论红景天口服液可降低亚硝酸钠所致高铁血红蛋白的含量,延长小鼠的生存时间,对亚硝酸纳所致的缺氧性损伤具有保护作用。Objective To study the effect of rhodiola oral solution on anoxia lesions caused by sodium nitrite in mice.Methods SPF KM mice were given rhodiola oral solution for 30 days,one hour after the last given rhodiola oral solution,mice were orally given lethal dose(200 mg/kg) and toxic dose(100 mg/kg) of sodium nitrite,detected the blood metahemoglobin(MHb) levels and recorded the survival time.Result In the lethal dose of sodium nitrite(200mg/kg BW) experiment,the survival time was lengthened in rhodiola oral solution group compared with the control group(P〈0.05).In the poisoning dose of sodium nitrite(100mg/kg BW) experiment,blood metahemoglobin(MHb) levels was significantly decresased in rhodiola oral solution group compared with control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Rhodiola oral solution can decreased the blood metahemoglobin levels and lengthen the survival time of mice in anoxia lesion caused by sodium nitrite,the results suggest that rhodiola oral solution have the protective effect on anoxia lesion caused by sodium nitrite in mice.
