摘  要:以存储了0,6及12个月的玻璃粉为原料,采用高温熔融法制得了Ca-Ba-Al-B-Si-O玻璃。借助FT-IR、DSC、XRD和SEM研究了玻璃粉存储时间对所制玻璃烧结性能、介电性能和热稳定性能的影响。结果表明:经725℃烧结,以0月玻璃粉制成的玻璃的体积密度为2.47 g.cm–3,气孔率为0.36%,在10 MHz条件下测得的相对介电常数和介质损耗分别5.83和1.02×10–3。随着玻璃粉储存时间的增加,所制玻璃网络结构的连续性降低,析晶趋势增大,导致液相玻璃中雏晶数量增多及黏度增大,进而导致液相玻璃的粘性流动变缓,这就使试样的烧结性能变差,进而影响试样的介电性能。Ca-Ba-Al-B-Si-O glass samples were prepared from the glass powders stored for 0,6 and 12 months,respectively,by the high temperature melting method.The effects of storage time of glass powder on the sintering properties,dielectric properties and thermal stability of the glass were investigated with FT-IR、DSC、XRD and SEM.The results show that: the glass made from the glass powder stored for 0 month by sintering at 725 ℃ shows a bulk density of 2.47 g.cm–3,a porosity of 0.36%,a εrvalue of 5.83 and a tanδ value of 1.02×10–3(measured at 10 MHz).With increase in the storage time of glass powder,the continuity of network of the prepared glass decreases while the trend of crystallization increases,leading to increase in the viscosity of and presence of crystallite in the glass fluid.The flowability of the glass fluid is hence decreased,resulting in degradation in the sintering properties and also dielectric properties of the glass.
