胆石消胶囊消石利胆作用的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究胆石消胶囊对小鼠胆结石模型和大鼠利胆实验的消石利胆作用。[方法]采用致石饲料饲喂小鼠复制胆结石模型,通过成石率、血清总胆固醇(TC)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水平和病理组织学等指标,检测胆石消胶囊的舒肝解瘀、软坚散结作用;应用大鼠胆管引流方法验证其排石利胆疗效。[结果]与模型组比较,各给药组胆结石成石率、血清TC、ALT水平明显降低(P<0.01),肝组织病变明显减轻,胆汁流量明显增加(P<0.05,<0.01)。[结论]胆石消胶囊能降低小鼠胆结石成石率,具有降脂、护肝、利胆的药理作用。[Objective]To observe the eliminating gallstone and cholagogic effect of Danshixiao Capsule by means of animal experiments.[Methods]The cholesterol gallstone models of mice were esablished by high-cholesterol diet.The level of TC and ALT in serum of mice was determined.The rate of gallstone formation and the liver structure of mice were observed.Effect of drugs on bile secretion of rats was detected.[Results]There were significant differences in the rate of gallstone formation and the level of TC and ALT in serum between drug group and model group（P〈0.05）.The pathological change in liver injury was ameliorated in drug group（P〈0.05）.The secretion of bile in drug group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Danshixiao Capsule can reduce the rate of gallstone formation,lower blood lipids,protect liver function and promote bile secretion.
