摘 要:采用田口玄一实验设计方法设计并优化了氨基酸辅助方法制备SiO2纳米颗粒的工艺参数。分析了正硅酸乙酯、水、L-赖氨酸的量和反应温度等因素对SiO2纳米颗粒粒径分布的影响,结果表明温度T是影响SiO2纳米颗粒粒径的最主要因素。根据优化的实验条件,采用氨基酸辅助法成功制备出了平均粒径约为8.75nm的SiO2纳米颗粒。The silica nanoparticles were prepared by amino acids assisted method,the synthesis parameters were designed and optimized by the Taguchi experimental design method.And the influences of the amount of TEOS,H2O,L-lysine,and reaction temperature on the particles size distribution of the silica nanoparticles were investigated.The results showed that the reaction temperature T was the main factor which affects the particles size of the silica nanoparticles.By the optimum conditions of the experiment,silica nanoparticles with an average particle size of 8.75nm were prepared by the amino acids assisted method.
