我国高校贫困大学生救助政策探析

摘　　要：我国建立的"奖免补助贷"五位一体的贫困大学生资助制度体系,在帮助贫困大学生顺利完成学业方面取得了一定的成效,但也存在一些问题。我国应健全和完善高校贫困大学生救助政策,充分调动和利用社会资源探索发展多种助学模式,改革与完善高校贫困大学生教育救助体系,逐步实现高校贫困大学生动态数据管理,进而促进高校贫困大学生救助政策的制度化、法律化和科学化。The ＂award-freedom-grant-aid-loan＂ funded system in China of the financial support for the poor students has achieved some success in helping poor students complete their studies successfully but still there are some problems. China should improve and perfect the aid policy for the poor college students, fully mobilize and uti- lize social resources to explore and develop a variety of funding-student mode, reform and improve the assistance sys- tem for poor college students, and gradually realize the dynamic data management for them so as to contribute to the institutionalization, legalization and scientization of the aid policy for poor college students.
