摘 要:驾驶室与车架在整车安装的环境下具有复杂耦合关系,针对这一复杂的优化问题,引进了静力模态刚度概念,定义了静力模态刚度灵敏度,推导了计算静力模态刚度灵敏度的方法.该方法已应用在整车安装环境下驾驶室的设计分析.在分析中,采用了整车有限元模型,将驾驶室分为15个超单元.结果表明所得的静力模态刚度灵敏度可以用来改进驾驶室设计.Usually,the design optimization only deals with individual component of the truck because of the complex coupling relation between the cab and frame of the truck under assembly environment.Focusing on the complete optimal problem,a new conception of static modal stiffness was introduced and the sensitivity of static modal stiffness was defined.The method for computing static modal stiffness sensitivities was also developed.Above proposed method has been applied to analyze and design the truck's cab,where a finite element model for full vehicle was used and the cab was divided into 15 super-elements.It is concluded that the obtained static modal stiffness sensitivities could be used to improve the design of the cab.
