摘　　要：针对建筑行业目前的信息资源管理现状,结合A公司的信息资源价值开发新模式,对施工企业信息资源开发利用进行了研究与阐述,总结了信息资源开发与ERP系统结合的关键要点。结合试点项目提出可视化技术辅助施工管理将是信息资源潜在价值开发的良好途径,并提出基于视频子系统的项目管理辅助措施,取得良好效果。Considering the present situation about information resources management in the construction industry, a study was performed on the development and utilization of information resources of the contractors with company A as a typical case study. The key points of combining information resources development and ERP system are summarized. It was found by the study that auxiliary construction management with visualization technology was a good way to develop the potential value of information resources. And an auxiliary construction management system was developed based on video subsystem. Its application in pilot projects has been proved to be effective.
