摘　　要：针对苏州地铁金鸡湖西站与地下广场结构接驳,对车站原围护结构与主体结构进行改造设计与施工的风险评估。结合第三方监测成果,运用有限元数值模拟分析,预测车站结构内部附加应力和位移。进行方案论证,研究施工工序及改造进度控制,并提出合理化建议。Abstract：Based on the connection construction of Jinji Lake West Station of Suzhou Metro Station and underground square, the risk assessment for reconstruction design and construction of original enclosure structure and main structure is done. Combined with the monitoring result of the third party, additional stress and displacement of the metro station are predicted with finite element numerical simulation. Through the schemes demonstrating, the construction process and reconstruction schedule control are researched, then the reasonable suggestions are put forward.
