针刺治疗重度视频终端综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺治疗持续眼痛1个月以上的重度视频终端综合征的疗效。方法重度视频终端综合征患者86例,随机分为针刺组和药物组,每组各43例。针刺组予针刺治疗,每周3次,疗程2周;药物组予口服补中益气口服液及杞菊地黄口服液,疗程2周。比较2组的疗效及治疗前后的症状积分。结果 1.症状积分:药物组:治疗前40.42±0.98,治疗后19.23±6.89,变化值(治疗后-治疗前)为-21.19±6.77。针刺组:治疗前40.91±1.31,治疗后2.44±1.05,变化值(治疗后-治疗前)为2.44±1.05。2组组内比较和组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2.疗效:针刺组43例,显效17例(39.53%),临床治愈26例(60.47%)。药物组43例,无效5例(11.6%),有效34例(79.07%),显效4例(9.30%),2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺是治疗重度视频终端综合征的有效方法。OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on the severe visual display terminal syndrome（VDTs）accompanied with at least one month persistent ocular pain.METHODS Patients（n=86） with severe VDTs were randomly divided into acupuncture group and medicine group.In acupuncture group,patients were treated with acupuncture 3 times a week for 2 weeks;in medicine group,patients were treated with Qiju Dihuang oral liquid for 2 weeks.Symptom-score was compared between those two groups before and after treatment.RESULTS 1.Symptom-score in medicine group was 40.42±0.98 before treatment,19.23±6.89 after treatment,and the change value（after treatment subtract before treatment） was-21.19±6.77.Symptom-score in acupuncture group was 40.91±1.31 before treatment,2.44±1.05 after treatment,and the change value was 2.44± 1.05.Both the differences between groups and within a group were statistically significant（P0.01）.2.Curative effect： In acupuncture group（n=43）,17 patients had obvious effect（39.53%）,26 patients were cured（60.47%）.In medicine group（n=43）,5 patients had no effect（11.6%）,34 patients had effect（79.07%）,4 patients had obvious effect（9.30%）,the difference of two groups was statistically significant（P0.01）.CONCLUSIONS Acupuncture was an effective method of treatment for severe visual display terminal syndrome.
