针药并举治疗后天性动眼神经麻痹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价加减羌活胜风汤结合电针对后天性动眼神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法将58例后天性动眼神经麻痹患者按就诊顺序的奇偶数分为2组,每组各29例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上予加减羌活胜风汤及电针进行治疗。评价2组眼裂大小变化和总体治疗效果。结果对照组痊愈11例,有效12例,无效6例,总有效率为79.3%;观察组痊愈19例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率为93.1%,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组眼裂大小增幅值亦优于对照组。结论加减羌活胜风汤结合电针能有效地促进后天性动眼神经麻痹功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of the adjusted Qianghuo Shengfeng Decoction combined electroacupuncture on acquired oculomotor paralysis.METHODS Fifty-eight patients were divided into two groups（29 each） by even and odd numbers according to their sequences to the hospital.Treatment group received regular treatment and the combination of electroacupuncture and Qianghuo Shengfeng Decoction,while the control group received regular treatment only.The size of palpebral fissure was measured before and after treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated after treatment.RESULTS In control group,11 cases were cured,12 efficacious and 6 ineffective with a total effective rate of 79.3%.There were 19 cases cured,8 efficacious and 2 ineffective in treatment group with a total effective rate of 93.1%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSIONS The adjusted Qianghuo Shengfeng Decoction combined with electroacupuncture exerted a better effect than regular treatment only on acquired oculomotor paralysis.This method is worthy of being widely applied in clinic.
