摘　　要：目的观察针药联合眼肌直刺法治疗后天性眼外肌麻痹的临床疗效。方法采用针刺-腺苷钴胺穴位封闭-麻痹肌直刺的综合方法治疗后天性眼外肌麻痹45例。结果本组45例患者7～13 d起效,疗程15~63 d,平均治愈时间28.6 d。治愈22例（48.8%）,显效11例（24.4%）,有效7例（15.5%）,总有效率88.9%。结论针药联合眼肌直刺治疗可快速促进麻痹肌的功能恢复,治疗效果明显,治愈率高。OBJECTIVE To study the clinical efficacy of combined therapy of acupuncture,acupoint injection and direct irritation on paralytic ocular muscles on the treatment of external ophthalmoplegia.METHODS Forty-five cases of postnatal ophthalmoplegia were treated by the combination of acupuncture,acupoint injection of cobamamide and direct irritation.RESULTS The effective time of combined therapy was 7~13 days,the duration of treatment was 15~63 days and the healing time was 28.6 days on average.Twenty-two cases were cured（48.8%）,11 cases showed marked effects and 7 cases were treated effectively（15.5%）.The total effective rate was 88.9%.CONCLUSIONS Combined therapy of acupuncture,acupoint injection and direct irritation on paralytic ocular muscles could promote the recovery of paralytic ocular muscle with remarkable clinical efficacy and high recovery rate.
