九江市7～9岁儿童口腔卫生干预研究

摘　　要：目的对九江市7～9岁儿童进行口腔卫生干预,探讨窝沟封闭术对于预防第一恒磨牙窝沟龋的疗效。方法选择九江市3所小学的590名学生,分为实验组和对照组,其中实验组为300名,共计1008颗第一恒磨牙实施窝沟封闭,对照组为290名共计974颗第一恒磨牙未实施窝沟封闭。6个月、12个月后复查,记录结果并分析。结果干预后,实验组6个月、12个月的患龋率分别为0.79%、0.99%,而对照组的患龋率分别为8.1%、12.4%,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对第一恒磨牙实施窝沟封闭能有效的预防窝沟龋的发生。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of pit and fissue sealant technique in prevention of pit and fissure caries of the first permanent molars.One intervening trial of oral health to the 7-9 years old children was carried out in jiujiang city.Methods 590 children aged 7-9 were selected from 3 different primary schools in jiujiang city.They were divided into test group and control group.300 of them,and a total of 1008 six-year-old tooth,as a test group,were carried out PFS,290 of them,and a total of 974 six-year-old tooth,As a control group,then not.observe and analysis after 6、12 months.Results 6 months、12 months later,caries rates of the test group is 0.79%.0.99%,the control group is 8.1%.12.4%,has a significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion And fissure sealant in preventing pit and fisuer caries of the first permanent molar has a good effect.
