摘  要:为解决原材料未发生变动而球铁的力学性能不稳定的问题,对铸件强度偏低及偏高的原因进行了分析,发现性能不稳定与球化剂块度、球化处理工艺不恰当及操作不严格等因素有关。通过严格控制球化剂的块度,球化、孕育处理工艺和操作,力学性能不稳定的问题得到了解决。In order to solve the problem that the mechanical properties of nodular iron castings under the condition of raw materials being unchanged were instable,the reason causing too lower or too higher strength of castings was analyzed and it was found that the unstable properties were relative with the improper granularity size of nodularizing alloy and improper nodularizing and inoculating process as well as the operation lacking strictness.By strictly controlling the granularity of alloy,nodularizing and inoculating process and operation,the problem of unstable mechanical properties was solved.
