普通高校开设跆拳道课程的实践研究——以西华大学为例

摘　　要：创新体育课程内容,开设学生喜爱的新兴运动项目课程,满足学生对体育运动多元化的需要,提高高校体育育人质量,是当今高校体育课程改革积极探索的方向。研究以西华大学为例,采取问卷法,访谈法和资料分析法,对跆拳道课程教学实践中的有关问题进行考察、分析与总结,获得教学实践第一手信息资料。其结论和建议为高校开展跆拳道课程建设提供理论依据与实践支持。P.E teachers in colleges and uiversities are exploring in some directions： Innovating the content of P.E course,opening new P.E curriculum favoriated by students,satisfying students＇ need of sports diversification,And improving the quality of educating students through P.E course.Taken Xihua University as an example,This study adopts methods of questionnaire,Interview and data analysis to observe and analyze some related questions exsiting in the course of Taekwondo.The first-hand information of Taekwondo teaching is obtained through this study.The results provide theoritical foundation and practice support for the construction of Taekwondo course in colleges and universities.
