不同仪器测量中央角膜厚度值的对比研究

摘  要:目的:探讨Pentacam、Orbscan角膜地形图系统和超声角膜测厚仪三种仪器测量蒙古族和汉族中央角膜厚度值的差异。方法:对预行LASIK手术的近视病人蒙古族26例(52眼),其中男性14例(28眼),女性12例(24眼);汉族49例(98眼),其中男性24例(48眼),女性25例(50眼)。分别采用Pentacam、Orbscan角膜地形图系统和超声角膜测厚仪三种仪器测量中央角膜厚度值,并对测量结果进行统计学分析。结果:Pentacam测得的角膜中央厚度平均值分别为蒙古族543.63±28.95μm;汉族549.88±32.77μm,(P>0.05);Orbscan测量中央角膜厚度蒙古族556.04±28.46μm,汉族566.51±35.68μm,(P>0.05);超声角膜测厚仪测得的中央角膜厚度平均值分别为蒙古族556.29±29.49μm,汉族563.30±33.36μm,(P>0.05)。两者比较差异均无统计学意义。在蒙古族CCT的测量中,Pentacam与超声测厚仪相比,P=0.027(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;Pentacam与Orbscan比较,P=0.031(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;Orbscan与超声测厚仪比较,P=0.965(P>0.05),差异无显著性。汉族CCT的测量中,Pentacam与超声测厚仪相比,P=0.006(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;Pentacam与Orbscan,P=0.001(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;Orbscan与超声测厚仪,P=0.508(P>0.05),差异无显著性。结论:Pentacam测量中央角膜厚度值较Orbscan与超声测厚仪小。三种仪器测量中央角膜厚度上蒙古族与汉族差异均无显著性。Objective:To evaluate and compare central corneal thickness (CCT) measurements obtained using the Pentacam Scheimpflug, Orbscan and ultrasound in Mongolian and Han nationality for myopia. pre - LASIK patients Methods: In a prospective study, measurement agreement was assessed in 150 eyes of 75 patients u (52 eyes) , in sing Pentacam, 0rbscan which 14 male patients and ultrasound. There were 26 Mongolian nationality (28 eyes) and 12 females (24 eyes) ; and 49 Hannationality patients (98 eyes), 24 male cases (48 eyes). 25 females cases (50 eyes). Pentacam, Orb- scan and ultrasound were used to measure the preoperative central corneal thickness, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results: The average measurements of central corneal thickness by Penta- cam in Mongolian (543.63 ± 28.95 ) μm, Han (549. 88 ± 32. 77 ) μm, ( P 〉 0.05 ), respectively. Orbscan in Mongolian (556. 04 ± 28.46 ) μm, Han( 566.51 ± 35.68 ) μm, ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; And Ultra- sound in Mongolian (556.29 ± 29.49) μm, Han (563.30 ± 33.36 ) μm, ( P 〉 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference between them in CCT. Compared with the central corneal thickness of mongolian nationality measured by Pentacam and Ultrasound, P = 0. 027 (P 〈 0. 05 ), there was significant differ- ence between them. Compared with the Pentacam and Orbscan, P = 0. 031 (P 〈 0.05), there was sig- nificant difference between them. Orbscan and ultrasound, P = 0. 965 ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , no difference be- tween them. And compared with the central corneal thickness of han nationality measured by Pentacam and ultrasound, P = 0. 006 ( P 〈 0. 05 ), there was significant difference between them. Compared with the Pentacam and Orbscan, P = 0. 001 ( P 〈 0. 05 ), there was significant difference between them; Orbscan and ultrasound, P = 0. 508 (P 〉 0. 05 ), no difference between them. Conclusion: The cen- tral corneal thickness measurements using Pentacam were smaller
